we’re looking for someone who understands why something should look the way it does.

this role is for a designer who thinks in systems, not just posts. someone who understands that design is leverage. every visual either builds brand equity or dilutes it.

you’ll work closely with strategy and content. the goal is not volume. the goal is impact.

what will you own?

1. social media creatives

• design statics, carousels, story assets, and thumbnails
• translate ideas into scroll-stopping visuals
• maintain brand consistency across platforms
• build templates that scale without looking repetitive

2. campaign and launch creatives

• visual systems for product launches and brand moments
• moodboards and visual direction for shoots
• ad creatives that are performance-aware
• landing page or website visuals when required

3. brand systems

• develop and refine visual identities
