Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer

The heyAura Use Case challenge, referred to as the “challenge,” is organized by AdEx Network OÜ, a company incorporated under the laws of Estonia, company number 14288387, with its principal business address at Narva mnt 5, Kesklinna, Tallinn, Harju, 10117, Estonia, referred to as the “Organizer” or “heyAura.”

Submission of an entry constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

All official challenge communication will be carried out in English.

2. Challenge period

The challenge begins on:

27 July 2026 at 00:00 UTC

The submission period ends on:

16 August 2026 at 23:59 UTC

Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered unless heyAura officially extends the submission period.

3. Eligibility

The challenge is open to anyone who:

• is at least 18 years old or has reached the legal age of majority in their place of residence
• has an active and publicly accessible X account
• has access to heyAura during the challenge period
• can legally participate and receive USDC
• follows these Terms and Conditions

Employees, contractors, agency members, community members, KOLs, and previous campaign participants may enter, provided they follow the same rules as every other participant.

Individuals located in or ordinarily resident in countries or territories subject to comprehensive sanctions applicable to heyAura or the distribution of the prize, as well as persons or entities subject to applicable sanctions or asset-freeze measures, are not eligible to participate or receive a prize.
