ToScale ("us", "we", or "our") operates the ToScale mobile application (the "Service").
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our Service.

The information that we request will be retained on your device or our servers and is used as described in this Privacy Policy.
If you tap Make photo, the app sends an image of your floor plan with the furniture you placed, together with the names of that furniture and anything you type in the request box, to Google’s Gemini API through Firebase AI Logic so that it can create the picture. This happens only when you tap the button. Google processes this data as our service provider under its own terms. We also keep a copy of that floor plan image, the generated picture and your request on our servers, so that we can see how well the feature works and improve it. Those copies are linked to a one-way hashed identifier of your device, not to your name or an account, and we delete them once they are no longer needed for that purpose. You can ask us to delete them at any time at [email protected]. We also keep a downscaled copy of any floor plan photo you open in the app, even if you never create an AI photo, so that we can see what kinds of plans the app has to handle. Location data in the photo is removed, and the same purpose, retention and deletion request apply.
When you buy an AI photo pack, the app sends the purchase details from Google Play (the purchase token and its signature) and a one-way hashed identifier of your device to our server. We keep them to add the photos to your device and to make sure the same purchase is not counted twice. Payments are handled by Google Play, and we never receive your payment details.
We value your trust in providing us your personal information. Thus, we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
