Stella: The Cupcake Girl with a Black Belt

Picture this: a girl born under the summer sky of Ulsan, South Korea, on June 18, 2007. Before she could even fully settle into her hometown roots, life had other plans — at just four or five years old, she packed up her world and moved across the Pacific to Vancouver, Canada. It's a move that would quietly shape her into the Korean-Canadian idol fans know today.

Eventually, home called her back. She and her family resettled in Busan, and that's where young Kim Da-hyun started dreaming bigger than the sea view outside her window.

Here's the twist most people don't expect: this sweet-faced ENFP with a cupcake as her signature emoji? She's also a black belt in Taekwondo. Soft eyes, iron discipline — that contrast is basically her whole personality in one sentence.

When it came time to audition, Stella didn't just get noticed — she got chased after. Out of 60 agencies at a single audition, 32 wanted her. That's not luck. That's the kind of pull that tells you someone's about to become somebody.

Fast forward to February 3, 2025 — the world officially met her as a member of Hearts2Hearts, revealed through the group's debut trailer film. Three weeks later, on February 24, she stepped into the spotlight for real with the single album "The Chase." Fitting title, honestly — considering how hard the industry had been chasing her first.
