Getting started

How do I join Kellno?

Kellno is invite-only.

• Managers receive an invite code from the app owner.
• Employees receive an invite code from their manager.
• Open the app, tap I have an invite code, and enter it to get started.

I forgot my password

On the login screen, tap Passwort vergessen? / Forgot password? and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link.

How do I switch between German and English?

Go to your Profile and use the language toggle. The change applies immediately across the whole app.

For employees

How do I check in for my shift?

Open the Time tab. When your shift is within 15 minutes of starting, a Check In button appears. Tap it — the app confirms you're at the restaurant using your location.

Why can't I check in?

Check-in only works when you're physically at the restaurant and within 15 minutes of your shift start. Make sure your location is enabled.
