LEIMAY Studio Access Program

Rehearsal Space Request Form

Thank you for your interest in the LEIMAY Studio Access Program at CAVE. Supported by the New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA), this program provides 1000+ hours of rehearsal space annually to performing artists. Studio access is distributed first-come-first-served during two booking cycles each year.

Before completing this form, please review the following:

• Studio access is for rehearsal purposes only
• The program is not able to support individuals or groups looking for a one-off reservation or a rehearsal room for a few hours at this time. Participants must commit to using the hours booked by the end of the Fall cycle:
• Booking window: October 5, 2026-December 7, 2026
• Rehearsal Period: February 15-April 12, 2027
• No artist may receive more than 100 hours per year
• Participating artists must purchase a Studio Access LEIMAY Membership ($35 per calendar year)
• You must complete our Demographic Form.
