Livepeer is looking for an experienced engineer for a short-term contract focused on improving the observability and reliability of the Livepeer network.

Some things we may ask you to do:

• Stand up and operate a collector for Live Runner metrics, logs, and job events
• Define a validation framework for newly developed capabilities
• Build self-service validation of deployed capabilities and continuous network probing
• Build tools for operators, developers, and customers to trace and diagnose failures
• Onboard operators into the observability system
• Public performance dashboards for gauging network health and performance

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience with the Livepeer network
• 3+ years of pre-LLM engineering experience
• Natural, agent-less communication skills — we are a team of humans, and we like talking to other humans
• SRE, infrastructure, and operations experience
