WithoutAuthority.com offers The Without Authority Scorecard: a self-administered diagnostic tool designed to help professionals reflect on how effectively they influence people they do not manage.
The scorecard consists of 15 scored questions and one open-ended question. After you complete the assessment and provide your email address, you receive a report that includes a profile type, scores across five dimensions, a Blind Spot Index, a section describing what your manager may be observing, and a 90-day focus recommendation.
The site also offers a free weekly newsletter called Without Authority, covering practical content on influence and alignment in professional settings.
