Our team is distributed across Singapore, Hong Kong, mainland China and the US. Korea is one of our priority growth markets, and this role owns it end to end — strategy, community, KOLs and events.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Korea market strategy & growth targets: Define the Korea go-to-market plan: positioning, narrative, channel mix and quarterly targets. Own local user growth, community size and engagement metrics.
Community & social channels: Build and run Korean-language communities across KakaoTalk, Telegram, X, Naver Blog/Cafe and DC Inside. Produce localized content daily and run AMAs and campaigns.
KOL, media & partnerships: Source, negotiate with and manage Korean crypto KOLs, YouTubers, channel owners and media (Coinness, TokenPost, Blockmedia, Decenter). Build partnerships with local exchanges, DAOs and university blockchain clubs.
Offline events & local campaigns: Deliver meetups, hackathons, conference side-events and booth presence at KBW, Upbit D Conference and ETH Seoul. Own budget, venue, speakers, sponsors, on-site execution and post-event conversion.
Localization & cross-team collaboration: Localize product, docs, announcements and campaign assets into natural Korean. Feed local user feedback and competitor intelligence back to product, BD and global marketing.

✅ Requirements

3+ years marketing in Web3 or high-growth tech: Marketing, growth or community experience at a crypto project, exchange, Web3 media outlet or fast-moving tech company. You have shipped campaigns yourself, not only managed agencies.
Native Korean + working English: Native-level Korean writing for a local crypto audience, and English sufficient for daily work with a distributed team.
Korean Web3 network: Existing relationships with Korean KOLs, community admins, media or exchange teams that you can activate in your first month.
Offline event execution: Independently organized meetups or conference events in Korea. Familiar with Seoul venues, vendor costs and sponsor logic.
Crypto & AI literacy: Hands-on user of wallets, DeFi and AI tools. Able to explain L1/L2, staking, airdrops and AI agents in plain Korean, and to react quickly to narrative shifts.
Self-driven operator: Comfortable being the only person on the ground for the market. Sets own priorities and works across time zones.
