1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use the Mealia web app, including when you subscribe through it. They are a legal agreement between you and Mealia Ltd ("Mealia", "we", "us"), and you accept them when you create an account or subscribe. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your information.

How our contract is made: you choose a plan, check your details (you can correct them before paying) and confirm at checkout. We then email you a confirmation with a copy of these terms, and we'll send you the version you accepted whenever you ask. These terms are only available in English.

These terms don't cover the Mealia mobile app. If you subscribed in the app, Apple or Google handles your payments, and their terms cover billing, cancellation and refunds.

2. Who can use Mealia

• You must be 18 or over and live in the UK.
• Mealia is for personal and household use, not for business use.
• Give us accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login details safe, and don't share your account with anyone outside your household.
• Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account.

3. What Mealia does, and what it doesn't

Mealia plans your meals, suggests recipes and builds a shopping basket of products from your chosen supermarket. When you're ready, you send that basket to the supermarket and check out there.

Mealia doesn't sell groceries. The supermarket:

• sells you the products, under its own terms;
• sets the prices, which can change after we show them to you;
• decides stock, substitutions, delivery and refunds.

Any prices, quantities or nutrition details in Mealia are estimates based on information from supermarkets and other sources. The price you pay is the one the supermarket charges at checkout.
