ByteSquad Labs is a small remote software studio based in Sri Lanka,

building AI-integrated web apps, Chrome extensions, and Web3/crypto tools for real clients.

We're small, fast-moving, and hands-on — not a big org where you'll get lost.

The Honest Terms (please read before applying)

• Duration: 6-12 months
• Compensation: Unpaid for the internship period — stated upfront so there's no confusion
• Performance-based allowance: If you're placed on real client projects and perform well, we introduce a paid allowance based on your contribution
• Hours: Flexible, remote-first
• Location: Remote, Sri Lanka preferred
