1. Campaign Period

MintStars Fright Fest runs from October 18, 2026 12AM through October 31, 2026 11:59PM.

The exact campaign start and end times will be based on Eastern Time Zone.

Only qualifying clips published and qualifying purchases completed during the campaign period will count toward Fright Fest awards.

2. Eligibility

Fright Fest is open to eligible, verified MintStars creators who:

• Are at least 18 years old and the age of majority in their place of residence
• Have an active MintStars creator account in good standing
• Reside in a jurisdiction where participation is legally permitted
• Comply with these rules and all standard MintStars Terms of Service and content policies

Employees, contractors, and other individuals directly involved in administering or judging the campaign are not eligible to win.

Void where prohibited.

3. How to Participate

To participate in Fright Fest, creators must publish qualifying Halloween-themed clips to the MintStars clip store during the campaign period.

Each qualifying clip must:

• Be newly published between October 18 and October 31, 2026
• Use the official Halloween 2026 Category (Tagging WILL NOT COUNT, you must use Halloween 2026 as one of your 3 Categories to qualify)
• Be priced at $9.99 or higher
• Comply with all standard MintStars content policies
• Remain available for purchase through the end of the campaign period
