📝 Order Guide

1) Full Custom Process (Standard production lead time: 30 business days)

1. Contact customer service and send clear artwork together with your initial custom requirements.
2. After confirming producibility, we will provide you with a quotation and production schedule.
3. Fill out the Chinese custom order form, confirm all details, then submit it.
4. Complete payment after your order is confirmed.
5. The factory organizes production materials and confirms embroidery patterns.
6. We will create the digital embroidery draft for you.
7. A face fabric sample will be produced to check the facial effect.
