Fluffy Lab ("we", "us", or "the Company") operates the ppotaa mobile application ("the App").
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, to whom we entrust its processing, and what rights you have, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of the Republic of Korea and other applicable laws.

A. Information You Provide
- Account information (for login): email address, account identifier (UID), nickname, and social login identifiers (Google / Apple / Kakao)
- User-generated content: in-app chat messages, status messages, and study-room–related content
- Customer inquiry information: information you provide when you contact us directly at our support email ([email protected]), such as the content of your inquiry and a reply contact
B. Information Collected Automatically
- Device and app identifiers (e.g., push notification token)
- Country code and time zone information (collected from your device settings for service localization, time display, and environment configuration)
- In-app purchase and transaction records
- Crash and diagnostic data (for app stabilization and error analysis)
- Basic technical and usage logs required for service operation and security (e.g., access timestamps, service usage records)
- Advertising identifier (iOS IDFA / Android Advertising ID) — collected only where you have permitted tracking, for the purpose of serving and measuring ads (see Section 12)
In-app purchase payments are processed through the respective payment providers (e.g., Google Play / App Store). We do not directly store payment-method details such as card or bank account numbers.
