This is the privacy policy for Football for Girlfriends (the "app"), a mobile application published by Hannah Miranda ("we", "us") and available on the Apple App Store.
TL;DR
- We don't have user accounts and we don't collect your name, email, location, photos, contacts, or device ID.
- The only things you give the app are your football knowledge level and your partner's team — both stored only on your phone.
- The app calls a few third-party services (Anthropic, Wikipedia, BBC, Sky) to generate content. None of these calls include anything personal.
- We don't run ads, analytics, or tracking SDKs.
1. What data is on your phone
The app stores the following on your device only, in standard iOS app preferences. None of it is transmitted to us:
- Your football knowledge level (Newbie / Getting There / Clued Up)
- The football team your partner supports
- Your activity streak count, longest streak, and last-active date
- Your XP total and which modules / quizzes / achievements you've completed
- Whether you're a Premium subscriber
- Your rookie-mode toggle preference
- Cached AI-generated text (so we don't re-fetch it every time you open the app)
- Cached news headlines for the day
- Cached player photo URLs
