CaughtU does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Everything runs entirely on your device.
CaughtU never collects:
CaughtU analyzes the data export file that Instagram provides to you directly. You download this file from Instagram and load it into the app yourself. The file is processed entirely on your device — it is never uploaded to any server.
Analysis history (snapshots of follower counts) is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework and is never sent anywhere. You can delete it at any time from Settings → Clear All Data.
CaughtU uses Google AdMob to show a short rewarded ad before displaying your results. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for the purpose of serving non-personalized ads. We use AdMob in non-personalized ad mode only — no tracking, no behavioral profiling.
We do not use the Apple App Tracking Transparency framework and do not request permission to track you across other apps.

In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple via StoreKit. We do not process or store any payment information. Purchase records are managed by your Apple ID.
