Bower — Privacy Policy Effective date: 4 August 2026

Bower ("the app", "we") is a couples card game published by Serhiy Malei. We built Bower to need as little of your data as possible.

THE SHORT VERSION Bower does not collect, store, or share your personal data. Everything you do in the app — your answers, saved cards, notes, and settings — stays on your device. We have no servers that receive your content, and we do not track you across apps or websites.

WHAT WE DON'T COLLECT

• No account or sign-up is required.
• We do not collect your name, email, contacts, location, photos, or messages.
• We do not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
• We do not sell or share personal data with anyone.

PURCHASES Bower offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions, processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. To manage or cancel a subscription, go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your device.

CONTENT ON YOUR DEVICE Your saved answers, notes, and any attached photos are stored locally on your device only. Deleting the app removes this data; we cannot access or recover it.

CHILDREN Bower is intended for adults and couples and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY If we ever add features that involve collecting data (for example analytics or cloud sync), we will update this policy and describe exactly what is collected and why, before those features are released.
