With our unique staffing model, we are bringing the benefits of AI productivity to the 350,000 mid-market enterprises that would rather hire labor than integrate an API based technology solutions. Our current customers concentrate in field services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other trades).
We have signed over $2M in contracted revenue with over $5M in pipeline, all of which has come through referrals and word of mouth. We now need a sales leader who can scale our revenues by utilizing our AI employee workforce.
We are hiring our first sales leader. You will carry a number, sell alongside the founder, and build the motion that takes us from referral-driven revenue to a repeatable engine capable of scaling to $50M+.
The part that makes this job different: you are not building a traditional sales organization by continuously adding headcount. You are building a team of people and AI. Your playbook, objection handling, discovery, and judgment become the training data, prompts, and feedback loops our AI employees execute and improve from.
