These Terms & Conditions govern your use of swayd ("the App"), a swipe-based content discovery platform available at www.swaydinspo.com. By accessing or using swayd you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. About swayd
swayd is a mobile web application that aggregates travel inspiration, fashion news, events, and curated deals from third-party sources. swayd also features a matching tool called "Match" which pairs fashion and travel content based on shared aesthetic attributes. swayd operates as an affiliate marketing platform, meaning we earn commission when users make purchases or bookings through links displayed in the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use swayd. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should obtain parental or guardian consent before using the App.
3. User accounts
To access certain features of swayd you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
swayd reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or is used fraudulently.
4. Affiliate links and commercial content
4.1 Affiliate disclosure
swayd participates in affiliate marketing programmes including but not limited to TravelPayouts, Awin, GetYourGuide, Viator, Booking.com, Amazon Associates & LTK. This means swayd earns a commission when you click through a link in the App and complete a qualifying purchase or booking. This commission is paid by the merchant and does not affect the price you pay.
4.2 No endorsement
The inclusion of any deal, product, experience, or service in swayd does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by swayd. All affiliate deals are sourced from third-party networks and are subject to the terms, pricing, and availability set by the respective merchant.
