These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and SwiftAppLab LLC, registered in Texas, United States ("SwiftAppLab," "we," "us," "our"), governing your use of TapValue.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using TapValue, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must use the app in compliance with applicable laws and Apple's platform terms.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TapValue for personal, lawful purposes.

4. Service description and limitations

TapValue lets you scan trading cards with your device camera, uses AI to identify the card (name, set, number, rarity, and game), and shows estimated market values. You can save scanned cards and track your collection's total value.

TapValue does not:

• guarantee the accuracy of card identification, set details, or value estimates;
• provide professional appraisals, grading, or financial or investment advice;
• guarantee that any card can be bought or sold at the estimated value.

All identifications and prices are AI-generated estimates for informational purposes only. Actual market value varies by condition, edition, grading, demand, and marketplace.

5. User responsibility

You are responsible for independently verifying card details and values before making any buying, selling, or trading decisions. You should not rely solely on the app's estimates for financial decisions.

6. Subscriptions and billing

TapValue may offer auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase.
