Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the operator and users regarding the use of the GyeongbukDex service (the "Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Service" means all features provided through the GyeongbukDex app.
• "User" means any person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
• "Card" means an entry in the dex that represents a tourist attraction in Gyeongsangbuk-do, built from open data of the Korea Tourism Organization.
• "Collect" means recording a Card in your dex after completing an on-site visit verification.
• "Course" means a visiting order of attractions recommended by the Service.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment)

1. These Terms take effect when announced in the Service or through an app update.
2. We may amend these Terms within the bounds of applicable law, with at least 7 days' notice (30 days for material changes).
3. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you may stop using the Service and delete your account.

Article 4 (Eligibility)

1. You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service. Children under 14 may not use the Service.
2. If the laws of your country of residence set a higher age requirement, that requirement applies.

Article 5 (Accounts)

1. You may sign up with Kakao, Google, or Apple social login, or with an email address.
2. You may browse the dex, map, and courses without signing in. Collecting cards, course progress, and rankings require an account.
