general terms.
1. these are terms of service (later referred to as tos) of evogorr. they apply to any artwork commissioned from them.
2. before the start of our partnership, you must read all of tos and agree to them.

4. please, keep in mind time zones differences (my country's (kazakhstan) time zone is gmt+5) and do not call me. i will answer your messages as soon as i have the opportunity to.

types of work
1. commissioned art:
  1. formats: sketch, lineart, flat colors, rendered.
  2. types: head, bust, half body, thigh up, full body, chibi.
  3. additional fees:
    - additional characters: +90% of original cost per character.
    - simple background: starting from 5 USD.
    - commercial use: +100% of cost.
    - high in details (highly detailed design, some nsfw): +50% of cost.
2. ych (your character here): coming soon!
  1. formats: sketch, lineart, flat colors, rendered.
  2. types: single character, ship, chibi.
  3. additional fees:
    - great changes of base: +10% of original cost.
    - commercial use: +100% of cost.
    - high in details (highly detailed design, some nsfw): +50% of cost.
3. concept art:
  1. formats: sketch, lineart, flat colors, rendered.
  2. types:
    - pack 1: full body 2x (front an back) + bust 2x (front and side).
    - pack 2: full body + bust.
    - pack 3: full body.
  3. creation of a character (from scratch or the ideas that you already have) and decorating the reference sheet is included in the price
4. song album cover art:
  1. formats: any.
  2. types: any.
  3. cost of the artwork is individual and is adjusted for different requests
  4. you don’t necessarily need to have an idea in mind, we can create one together via listening to the song, reviewing the lyrics, and discussing it through texts or discord voice chat (idea development does not add up to the cost).
  5. song(-s) lyrics have to follow my guidelines (section 4).
guidelines
1. i work with:
  1. non human characters.
  2. nsfw, including gore (the client must be over 18 years old and be ready to confirm their age).
  3. ships of fictional characters or consenting people (including yumechips/selfships).
2. i do not work with:
  1. detailed backgrounds.
  2. zoophilia, pedophilia.
  3. real people without their written consent (does not apply to celebrities).
payment
1. 50% of the full price is paid before the sketch and remaining 50% and additional fees are paid after the finished result.
2. additional fees may apply (additional characters, commercial use, high in details, manufacturing and shipping (for art for merchandise), paid edits).
3. i accept payment via paypal and kaspi (any fees must be covered by the client).
process
1. you text me on discord, telegram, or whatsapp (view ways to connect in section 2), describe your request, and i navigate you through my pricing and tos.
  1. i have a right to decline your commission request without explaining to you the reason.
2. after we agree on price, i put your request in the queue and you pay 50% of the price.
  1. i can only have 4 commissions in the queue simultaneously. if the queue is full, i can put you on the waitlist and text you after i have unclaimed slots. you will have 24 hours to reply before i text the next person from the waitlist.
  2. i will notify you if i currently have any works in the queue before yours
  3. the commission can take up to 2 months, i will navigate you through timelines. please, be patient.
3. i will work on a sketch and send the result to you. you can ask for edits an infinite amount of times for free on this stage.
4. after we agree on the sketch, i will work on line art and send the result to you. you can ask for 3 free edits, and all further edits will cost 5 usd.
5. applies to rendered arts only: after we agree on the line art, i will work on the rendered piece and send you the result. you can ask for 3 free edits, and all further edits will cost 5 usd.
6. after you are satisfied with the commission, you will pay the remaining 50% of the cost and i will send you the drawing without a watermark in the whole resolution.
7. your commission is done!
refunds
1. refunds are not issued if you are not satisfied with the fully completed result that meets your initial requirements and edits.
2. if the commission is cancelled on my side, full payment already made will be returned to you. if any work was already made, it is not sent to you without a watermark and in high resolution.
3. if the commission is cancelled on your side, payment will be returned to you with the deducted cost of already completed work. if any work was already made and paid for, it is sent to you without a watermark and in high resolution.
rights and responsibilities
1. artist's:
  1. rights:
    - use your commissioned artwork in any of my social media platforms for portfolio (sensitive artworks such as yumeships or nsfw can be asked to not be published).
    - decline a commission request without explaining the reason.
    - freeze the commission if the client does not respond to messages for longer than 48 hours.
  2. responsibilities:
    - follow process steps (section 6).
    - fulfill client's requests.
    - send the artwork without watermark and in high resolution after full payment.
    - respond to client's messages within 48 hours.
2. client's:
  1. rights:
    - ask for unlimited edits on the sketch stage.
    - ask for 3 free edits and unlimited paid edits on lineart and render stages.
  2. responsibilities:
    - provide a full and clear explanation of the request.
    - make payments in time according to the process steps (section 6).
