The goal

€102,425 by December 31st, 2026.

I run two businesses. Here is the entire plan:

The €100,000 goal is €100,000. The extra €2,425 is buffer, because some of this won't happen.

Broken down by week, that's one website every ten days and roughly three and a half ProPattern units per week.

How to read this page

• Invoiced is money I've billed. Collected is money that actually arrived in the bank. They are tracked separately on purpose, since only Collected counts toward the goal.
• Client names are never published. Confidentiality, and GDPR. They appear as "Client 3 — law firm, Berlin."
• ProPattern unit costs and margins are not published. I'm competing on price against an incumbent and I'm not handing anyone the playbook.
• Bad days stay in. Weeks where the revenue column is €0 stay in. That's the whole point of the page.

Today was about setting the goals. 2 businesses, 147 days, recording the video, cutting and uploading it. I had not feel this motivated in years. We are SO back

Day 2 August 06

Doing the math: How many products do I really need to sell in order to achieve my goal? well, it turns out to be a number that sounds quite realistic. 15 webpages (~4k per page), 50 makers solutions (399€ per unit) and 25 studio solutions (899€ per unit). That sounds quite doable, right? well let’s see how hard it is. I would like to keep it that way, we only offer a small amount of products but each of them is quite specialised and tailored to the customers needs.
