Project Overview

Okay so let me start from the basics: What is Ember?

Ember is a GitHub-integrated developer companion tool that basically becomes one single place for dev teams to work together. The name comes from the word remembers - because the whole idea is that it remembers your project, your context, your code, everything.

So what does it actually do? In simple words:

• You connect your GitHub repo into Ember
• Your team gets added into that repo's workspace
• Everyone can ask questions related to that project - code doubts, architecture reasoning, anything, directly to an AI
• At the same time, the team can chat with each other in a group chat within the same workspace
• If someone is working on multiple projects, they can switch workspaces from the right sidebar, no logging out, no new tabs, just switch and you're in the other project
• And the best part, it's an LLM aggregator, meaning you can switch between AI models (like GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) depending on what answer you need

Every project has its own separate workspace, and every team member also has their own individual space within that. So there's no mess, no one stepping on each other's work.

In one line: Ember is a tool where developers and their teams can collaborate, ask questions, and get AI help, all inside one workspace that actually knows your project.
