UNIT's CFC is a browser extension that shows an animated 3D character on top of the web page you are viewing.

What the extension handles

• Pointer input: mouse position and clicks on the page are processed in real time, only to let you hover, drag, toss and double-click to call the character. This input is never recorded, stored or transmitted.
• Clicked element type: when you double-click, the extension checks the type of element under the pointer (for example, whether it is a link, button or text field) and whether text was selected, only to avoid reacting to clicks meant for the page. Nothing is recorded, stored or transmitted.
• Settings and character state: your popup settings (scare effect on/off and interval), a per-tab "disable" flag, and the character's position are stored only in your browser using Chrome's extension storage.

What the extension does not do

• It does not collect, store or transmit personal information, browsing history or page content.
• It does not send any data to the developer or to third parties, and it makes no network requests.
• It does not sell or share user data, and does not use it for advertising, credit or lending purposes.

Data retention Session data (character position, per-tab flags) is cleared when the browser closes. Settings remain in your browser until you change them or uninstall the extension.
