Project Title: Recruitment Process Automation using BPMN in Flowable

Project Summary: This project models the recruitment process of an organization using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) in Flowable. The objective is to streamline the hiring workflow from receiving a vacancy to the final job offer, ensuring clarity, accountability, and timely communication between HR and applicants.

Objective:

• Automate and visualize the recruitment workflow.
• Ensure clear communication and timely updates for all stakeholders.
• Identify process bottlenecks and optimize recruitment efficiency.
• Maintain consistency in evaluation and approval steps.

Key Roles (Swimlanes):

1. Applicant – Submits application, attends interviews, accepts/rejects offer.
2. Human Resources (HR) – Manages job advertisement, screens applications, schedules interviews, conducts recruitment formalities, and sends notifications.
