Nucia Thanh Nhàn is a closed-network Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system designed specifically for internal use by Nucia Thanh Nhàn. This app is intended solely for authorized medical personnel and operates exclusively within the hospital’s internal network (private IP/Wi-Fi). The app does not collect, share, or transmit any user data to external servers or third parties.
2. Information Collection and Usage
a. User Information
- Login credentials (e.g., staff ID, role-based access)
- Session logs (e.g., login time, activity logs for auditing)
All login and user activity information is used solely for user authentication, activity tracking, and ensuring clinical accountability.
b. Device Information
- Device name and operating system version
- Internal IP address used for network connection
No personally identifiable device information is transmitted outside the hospital's local network.
c. Medical Data
- View, update, and manage patient medical records, prescriptions, lab requests, and clinical notes.
- All data operations happen securely within the hospital's infrastructure, without exposure to the public internet.
3. Data Storage and Security
- All data is stored on on-premise servers managed by Nucia Thanh Nhàn.
- Data is transmitted over secure hospital LAN/Wi-Fi or VPN and is never stored on the user's device.
