1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Build Momentum Lab LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use PrimeFit.

PrimeFit uses third-party artificial intelligence services to analyse the photos and voice recordings you submit. Section 4 names every company that receives your data, states exactly what is sent to each, and confirms the protections that apply. We ask for your permission in the App before any photo or voice recording is sent to an AI service for the first time.

Build Momentum Lab LLC is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect, and How We Collect It

2.1 Photos and images — collected via your device camera and photo library

Body scan photos. Photographs of your body that you capture or select, used to estimate body composition.
Meal photos. Photographs of food you are about to eat, used to identify foods and estimate nutritional content.
Product label and barcode photos. Photographs of packaging, nutrition labels and barcodes, used to identify products.

We access your camera and photo library only after you grant the corresponding iOS permission, and only for the scan you have initiated. We do not scan, index or upload your photo library.

2.2 Voice recordings and transcriptions — collected via your device microphone

When you use voice logging, the App records your speech and transmits the audio recording to a third-party speech-recognition service for conversion into text. We receive and store the resulting transcription, which is used to create and structure your food and activity logs.

We access your microphone only after you grant the corresponding iOS permission, and only while you are actively recording.

2.3 Profile and goal information — collected during onboarding and in-app entry

Height, weight, age, sex, activity level, dietary preferences and restrictions, training experience, and your fitness, body-composition or physique goals.
