Privacy Policy for Sendbook Effective Date: May 24, 2026

1. Our Privacy Philosophy Sendbook was built for climbers, not advertisers. We operate on a simple, one-time purchase business model. Because we do not rely on subscriptions or advertisements, we have absolutely no incentive to collect, harvest, or sell your personal data.

2. Data Collection and Storage Sendbook is an offline-first application. All of your climbing data, sessions, notes, and statistics are stored locally on your device's internal storage.

• We do not have servers. * We do not collect or transmit your logbook data. * We do not require you to create an account.

If you choose to export your data via the CSV export feature, that file is generated locally and controlled entirely by you via the iOS Share Sheet.

3. Camera and Photo Library Access Sendbook allows you to attach photos and videos to your climbing sessions. To provide this functionality, the app will request access to your device's Camera and Photo Library.

• Any media you capture or select remains exclusively on your device.
• We do not upload, scan, or have any access to your media files.

4. Apple Health Integration (If Applicable) If you choose to integrate Sendbook with Apple HealthKit to log your climbing sessions as workouts, this data exchange happens entirely locally on your device. We do not transmit or read HealthKit data for any purpose outside of logging your active session.

5. Crash Reports and Analytics We do not use any third-party tracking software (like Google Analytics or Facebook SDKs). The only analytics we receive are the anonymous crash reports and usage metrics provided directly by Apple, and only if you have explicitly opted-in to share that data with developers in your iPhone's system settings.

6. iCloud Backups If you have iCloud Backup enabled on your device, your Sendbook data will be backed up to your personal Apple iCloud account. This process is governed by Apple's privacy policy and security protocols. We cannot access your iCloud data.

7. Changes to This Policy If we ever change our business model or require data collection for a future feature, we will update this policy and notify you within the app. However, our commitment to keeping your climbing journal private and offline remains our priority.
