TL;DR: Use Condensed. It gives you a short direction you can take in at a glance and say in your own words, so you stay in the conversation instead of reading.
Condensed prompts are short directions like "Ask about timing" or "Acknowledge, then ask why now". You glance, you get the idea, and you say it your way. You keep listening to the prospect instead of reading a paragraph while they talk.
It feels odd for the first few calls. Stick with it. Within a dial block or two, glancing becomes automatic.
A complete suggestion with context. Example:
"Ask 'What got you thinking about moving initially?' to uncover their motivation without pushing."
Full Insights can help when you're studying how a conversation should flow, like reviewing prompts after a call or practicing a roleplay. On live calls, Condensed keeps you more present.
