Your community members can redeem their coins for rewards in 3 ways:

Through TYB Shop:

Users will navigate to the Shop tab on your brand page and select the product they’d like to buy. They will have the option to redeem their coins and checkout right in the TYB app. For details on setting up your TYB Shop, click here TYB Shop

Users can also redeem for free PR/product in TYB Shop, if you choose to make this available to them:

• You can make PR or free product available in your TYB Shop by creating a listing on Shopify for the item you want to make available. Note: if you do not have Shopify but want to make PR available, reach out to your TYB rep.
• Make sure you select the item to appear on your TYB Shop. Full TYB Shop set up instructions can be found here.
• For any free product or PR not fulfilled through your ecommerce site, note that your brand will need to manage fulfillment. Please plan quantities accordingly!

From TYB:

Users will click on the money bag icon in the bottom of their screen to generate a discount code to use on your site. Users can select either “Dollars” or a “Percentage” off. Once the code is generated, it is valid for one year.

• Discount codes are available in increments of 10. These are gated by Level, so Level 1 can access up to 20% off, Level 2 up to 40% off, and Level 3 up to 50% off.
• All codes can be used 1 time and expire 1 year after generation

On your PDP:

If you use Shopify+, you can enable the TYB widget on your PDP to make checkout with TYB much more seamless. Members can log in and redeem their coins without leavig your website. We find that 60-80% of redemptions happen using the PDP widget. To set this up:

• Within Shopify, navigate to Settings → Checkout and accounts → Go to Checkout Editor.
• Add the TYB app by selecting Add App and enable Allow app to block checkout.
• Choose the app’s location on the checkout page and click Save.
