By booking an appointment, paying a deposit, and or authorizing service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1) Services
Royal Caliber Auto Spa provides mobile automotive detailing services at a location chosen by the customer ("Service Location"). Services may include interior detailing, exterior detailing, decontamination, paint enhancement, and other related services as described at booking.
Service estimates and timelines are not guarantees. Actual vehicle condition may require additional time, labor, tools, or products.
2) Booking, Deposit, and Authorization
- Nonrefundable Deposit: A deposit is required to reserve an appointment time. All deposits are nonrefundable for any reason, including cancellations, reschedules, no-shows, weather, dissatisfaction, access issues, or inability to complete service due to vehicle condition.
- Card on File: You authorize Royal Caliber Auto Spa to keep a payment method on file for deposits, approved add-ons, fees, and any remaining balance due.
- Authorization: You confirm you are the owner of the vehicle or have authority to authorize services on the vehicle.
3) Payment Terms (Remainder Due Immediately After Service)
- The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the service.
- We may issue an invoice at completion. Payment is due immediately upon receipt of that invoice.
