Leadpoet is building a sales intelligence platform that helps companies identify high-intent accounts, understand why they are in-market, find the right decision makers, and improve outbound sales performance. At the core of the platform, we are building the first full-funnel Sales LLM, designed to power the next generation of sales software.
The role
Build and ship production systems that power AI-driven sales. You’ll own real production systems end-to-end and work directly with the founders to shape the product.
What you’ll do
- Build and ship full-stack features from idea to production
- Design and own APIs and backend services used at scale
- Work with real-time data pipelines and AI-driven systems
- Own reliability, performance, and iteration of production systems
- Collaborate directly with founders on product direction and priorities
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience shipping modern full-stack applications
- Comfort owning production systems and debugging live issues
- Experience working with data-heavy or AI-powered products
- Ability to move quickly and make pragmatic technical decisions
- Startup or early-stage experience preferred
Nice to have
- Experience at an early-stage startup or building v1 systems
- Familiarity with data-heavy or ML-adjacent products
