These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and SwiftAppLab LLC, registered in Texas, United States (“SwiftAppLab,” “we,” “us,” “our”), governing your use of SpaceFix.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using SpaceFix, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must use the app in compliance with applicable laws and Apple’s platform terms.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SpaceFix for personal, lawful purposes.

4. Service description and limitations

SpaceFix helps you review and remove clutter from data it can access under iOS permissions and sandbox rules.

SpaceFix does not:

• clear iOS system cache;
• directly delete data inside other apps’ private storage;
• guarantee specific storage-recovery results.

Any reclaim estimates are informational until you confirm cleanup actions.

5. User responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing selected items before deletion and maintaining backups of important data.

6. Subscriptions and billing

SpaceFix may offer auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation.
