TPSC in partnership with the African Association for Public Administration and Management (AAPAM) and the Chandler Institute of Governance (CIG), successfully hosted the Pan-African Strong Nations for Africa Programme (SNFAP) 2025 in Arusha, Tanzania, from 4th to 8th August 2025, providing a high-level platform for senior public sector leaders across the continent to engage in peer learning, executive-level dialogue, and experiential reflection on strengthening governance and leadership. As part of a blended learning journey that integrates African governance perspectives with global best practices through subsequent virtual and international segments, the programme fostered transformative insights on accountability, transparency, and results-oriented leadership, while building a strong cross-country network of reform-minded practitioners.

Through the successful delivery of SNFAP 2025, TPSC a member of the AADLC reaffirmed its position as a trusted regional hub for leadership development and its commitment to advancing effective public service performance in line with national and continental governance reform priorities.
