This Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures of Volee, LLC ("Volee," "we," "our," or "us") on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use the Volee Application (the "Services") and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

We use your personal information to provide and improve the Services. By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Volee is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for advertising. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect the information you provide to us.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve the Services:

• Account information: name, email address, username, date of birth, gender, and the city/state you choose during onboarding. • Approximate location: city plus general coordinates (accuracy within a few hundred meters) so you can see and be seen by players near you. We do not collect precise GPS. You can disable location entirely in iOS Settings without losing access to your account. • Profile content: avatar photo (if you upload one), bio, and answers to optional profile prompts. • Match data: scheduled matches, scores you report, and the resulting ladder rating. • Messages: direct messages you send to other players are stored on our servers so the recipient can read them. • Subscription status: if you subscribe to a paid plan, Apple sends us confirmation that your subscription is active or has lapsed. We do not see or store your payment card details — billing is handled entirely by Apple. • Diagnostics: anonymous crash logs to help us fix bugs.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

The information we collect is used solely to provide the Services, including:

• Matchmaking, scheduling, and score tracking. • Computing your ladder rating and surfacing nearby opponents. • Enabling communications between users (challenges, direct messages, score confirmations). • Account management and customer support. • Sending you transactional notifications (challenge received, score confirmed, etc.) — you can disable these in iOS Settings → Notifications. • Complying with legal obligations and enforcing our Terms of Service.

We do not sell or share your personal information with external parties for marketing or advertising.

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

Volee does not share user data with third parties for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes. We may disclose personal information only in these limited circumstances:

• With your explicit consent. • To enforce our Terms of Service. • To affiliated entities controlled by or under common control with Volee, for purposes consistent with this Policy. • In response to subpoenas, court orders, or legal processes, or to establish or defend legal claims. • When necessary to investigate or prevent illegal activity, suspected fraud, threats to physical safety, or violations of Volee's Terms of Service. • In the event Volee is acquired by or merged with another company, in which case the acquiring entity will be bound by the terms of this Policy.

We may share aggregated, non-identifiable information (e.g., total users in a city) without further notice.

SECURITY OF DATA

Personal information we collect is stored on secure servers hosted by Supabase Inc., a third-party infrastructure provider. We use physical, contractual, and managerial safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we follow industry-standard practices to protect your data.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Services are intended for users age 13 and older. Users under 18 must use the Services under parental supervision and with parental consent, and their accounts are typically set up and managed by a parent or guardian via Volee's Family Plan.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
