Wavenote turns your voice into organized, searchable notes with secure AI transcription, summaries, action items, titles, and spoken recaps included in your plan.

Getting Started

1. Record or import audio.
2. Choose the Light, Everyday, or Power monthly plan that fits you. AI processing starts with a paid subscription.
3. Open a recording and tap Transcribe.
4. Generate a summary, action items, title, or spoken recap when you need them.
5. Open Settings to see your subscription status and remaining monthly AI-processing time.

You do not need to create or provide third-party API keys.

Plans and AI Allowances

• Light — 4 hours per month
• Everyday — 12 hours per month
• Power — 40 hours per month

There is no free trial because AI processing has a cost for this independent app. Prices are shown in the App Store for your country or region. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled.

What happens when I use my allowance?

New AI processing pauses until your allowance resets or you change plans. Your existing recordings, transcripts, summaries, titles, and action items remain available on your device.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Open Wavenote Settings and choose Manage Subscription, or use your Apple Account subscription settings. Use Restore Purchases if an active subscription is not appearing.
