Short intro

Workora is a simple app for tracking work time: business owners manage employees and hours; employees start and end shifts from their own login. Any business can use the app with its own workspace—data is kept separate per organization. We try to respond within a few business days. Please include your app version (Settings / About if available) and a short description of what happened.

Before you write

• Employees log in with the username and password your owner created—not the display name.
• Owners use their owner username and password.
• Password recovery: Accounts use identifiers managed inside the app (not a personal inbox you check every day). If you cannot sign in, contact us at the email above or ask your organization owner to review access for employees.
• The app needs an internet connection to sign in and sync data.

Frequently asked questions

I can’t sign in.

Check that you’re using the exact username and password (no extra spaces). Owners and employees use different login flows—make sure you chose the right one on the home screen.

I’m an employee and it says login failed.

Confirm you’re using the username from your welcome message, not only your name. Ask your owner to verify you’re still listed in their panel and that your account was created successfully.
