TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Xharp platform, including all websites, applications, software, tools, and services operated by Xharp Event Technologies LTD (“Xharp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By registering on, accessing, or using any part of the Xharp platform, you (“you,” “your,” or “user”) agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the platform.

If you are using Xharp on behalf of an organization, institution, or business, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms of Service:

• “Platform” means the Xharp websites, applications, software, USSD, tools, APIs, dashboards, and related services.
• “Organizer” means any individual, business, institution, or entity that creates, manages, or conducts an event, campaign, fundraiser, or initiative using the Platform.
• “Participant” means any user who purchases tickets, casts votes, makes donations, or otherwise participates in an Organizer’s activity.
• “PSP” means a licensed Payment Service Provider under the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.

2. About Xharp and Scope of Services

Xharp is an all-in-one event technology platform designed to enable event organizers, creators, institutions, and brands to plan, operate, monetize, and scale events and initiatives.

The platform may provide access to services including, but not limited to:

• E-ticketing
• E-voting
• Donations
• On-site registrations
• Event commerce
