Zapper is a B2B SaaS platform built for companies that rely on WhatsApp as a primary communication channel but lack visibility and control over what's being said. As the team's only designer, my work was to turn that lack of trust into credibility, from the logo to the platform.
Working directly with the CEO and CTO, I mapped what enterprise clients needed to feel at first contact with the product: security, control, and professionalism, without losing the agility of a growing startup.
I built a complete visual system: brand identity, platform interface, and monthly analytics reports. All driven by the same design principle: clarity for decision-makers handling complex data under time pressure.
The platform's architecture was continuously refined based on real client usage. The layered configuration model (contacts → policies → rules → templates) emerged from the concrete need of managers who required granular control without operational overload.
A visual identity, a compliance monitoring platform, and landing pages built in Webflow. A monthly analytics PDF report was also delivered as a provisional solution to give enterprise clients executive-ready insights while the platform's built-in dashboard was still being developed.

The platform scaled to process 500,000+ messages in its first months of operation, serving clients from highly regulated industries, a context that validated the need for a design that communicated trust and control from the very first interaction. The key learning: in B2B enterprise products, design is not about aesthetics. It's about reducing the buyer's perceived risk. Every visual decision was made through that filter.
