TL;DR: Cue listens to the live conversation and suggests what to ask or say next. It's the core of Sayso. Pick Buyer or Seller, press Start, and press Reset each time a new person picks up so Cue knows where the conversation is.
What Cue does
Cue shows the next question, reframe or objection handler on your screen while you talk. Prompts are suggestions. You stay in control of the call.
The three stages of every conversation
Cue coaches each conversation through three stages:
- Connect: building rapport and earning the right to ask questions
- Discover: motivation, timing, money and their agent situation
- Convert: booking the appointment
The stages move forward on a timer that starts when you press Start or Reset. That's why Reset matters: press it when a new person picks up, and the new conversation starts at Connect. See When to hit Reset (and why it matters).
How prompts appear
- Condensed (recommended): a short direction like "Ask about timing". Glance, then say it in your own words.
- Full Insights: a complete question or sentence with context. Useful for studying prompts after a call.

Working with prompts on a call
- Prompts start about 30 seconds in, once Cue has enough of the conversation
- Up to five prompts stack. Hover one to pin it or close it. Close one and the next moves up.
- Tick the box next to the menu icon to collapse prompts. A red dot shows when a new one arrives.
- Glance, don't read. Lead with your script and use prompts in the pauses.
