🗓️ The weekly rhythm that turns strategy into motion. Numbers, not vibes. This is how the system actually runs, week after week.

The cadence is built on six moving parts. In a live OS each one is a database. Here is what each does.

Scorecard · the handful of weekly numbers that tell the truth.

Rocks · the 90 day priorities. A few, not many.

Issues · the open list. Surface, discuss, solve.

Meetings · a standing weekly working session.

Decisions · a log so settled calls stay settled.

Learnings · the loop. Every learning rewrites a spec.

💡 Why this matters. Discipline beats bursts. A compounding system needs a fixed rhythm or it drifts, even when it is working. One contact a day and one meeting a week beats heroic occasional pushes.

The loop, every week

Plan the priorities. Run the work. Produce the assets and outreach. Learn, and feed it back into the next plan. The system you run in week twelve is measurably smarter than the one you ran in week one.

💡 How to use this in your firm: pick three to five Scorecard numbers, set one to three Rocks for the quarter, and hold one standing weekly meeting. Log every decision and every learning. That is the whole rhythm.
