Exclusive Offers are limited-time deals Higgsfield shows to active subscribers: a discounted plan upgrade or an add-on such as extra credits, Unlimited access to specific models, or priority processing. Each offer is a one-time purchase at a promotional price. Its benefits last for the period stated in the offer, and once a specific offer expires, is canceled, or is refunded, it can't be reactivated.
| Type | What it does | What happens after |
|---|---|---|
| Upgrade offer | Temporarily moves your account to a higher plan tier for one billing cycle at a promo price | The subscription continues at the standard price of the upgraded plan |
| Add-on offer | Adds benefits on top of your existing plan without changing the tier: bonus credits, temporary Unlimited access to specific models, or priority processing | Your plan continues unchanged at its standard price; the bonuses expire |
Yes, this is one of the most common offer types. The offer grants Unlimited access to specific models for the period stated: generations on those models don't deduct credits while the access is active. When the period ends, the models return to credit-based usage, and your plan's own Unlimited access, if any, is not affected. See What are Unlimited models and which plans include them?
Exclusive Offers are personalized. What's offered, the discount, and whether you see one at all can vary from account to account and from moment to moment. Offers are shown automatically and aren't available on request.
The purchase window is shown with a countdown: once it runs out, that specific offer is gone and won't reappear in the same form. The benefit period is stated in the offer itself and starts from the purchase. Offers don't extend your subscription term.
An add-on offer doesn't change your plan or renewal date. An upgrade offer moves you to a higher tier for one billing cycle, and from the next cycle your subscription renews at the standard price of the upgraded plan, which is higher than the promo payment. See How do promo prices work?
Only if the offer added credits and none of them have been used. Offers that unlock access or features, such as an Unlimited period, a plan upgrade, or priority processing, are non-refundable once the access is granted. If a refundable offer is refunded, its bonuses are removed and your account reverts to your previous plan. See How do I request a refund?
Can I get the same offer again later if I miss it?
No. Once a specific offer expires, it won't be shown again in the same form. You may see a different offer in the future.
Why is my renewal charge higher after accepting an offer?
The promo price applied only to that offer's payment. From the next billing cycle, the standard plan price applies. See How do promo prices work?
