Refunds are available for initial purchases, within 7 days or as permitted by the law in your jurisdiction, and only if no credits have been used. Renewals aren't refundable. Credit Packs and Auto-Refill charges follow the same conditions as initial purchases, but offers that unlock access or features (rather than credits) are non-refundable once the access is granted. A service fee of up to 6% applies, and if a refund is approved, the subscription is canceled immediately. To request one, contact us through higgsfield.ai/contact with your account email and the purchase details.
All three conditions must be met:

Renewals, automatic or manual charges after the first billing cycle, aren't eligible. For every refundable type, the 7-day window may be longer where the law in your jurisdiction requires it. The full refund terms are in Section 9.3 of the Terms of Use.

The subscription is canceled immediately: your account moves to the free tier at the moment of processing, not at the end of the billing period.
