A promo code gives you a discount on a plan or bonus credits. To activate one, go to Manage Account → Promocode, select Enter code, and type it in: the benefit is applied instantly. Promo credits are valid until the expiry date shown when they're added to your account, and they can only be used while you have an active subscription. If you cancel, the validity timer keeps running, and the credits become available again when you reactivate, as long as they haven't expired. Marketing promos are announced on Higgsfield's official social media channels first, so follow them to catch new offers. The Higgsfield Discord community is another source: streams and community events run there, and active participants can receive promo codes. Support promos are issued by the Support team case by case, as compensation or a goodwill gesture: they aren't guaranteed and can't be requested.

Why isn't my promo code working?
Some promo codes are limited by time or number of uses, and Support promos expire if not activated within 7 days of being issued. Make sure the code is still valid and entered correctly, with no extra spaces.
Can I activate the same promo code twice?
No. One promo code means one activation, unless the promotion's terms say otherwise.
Do promo credits expire?
Yes. Promo credits expire on the date shown when they're added to your account. The exact validity period is stated with each promo.
