🤖 The AI Layer. The instructions every AI agent reads before it does anything. This is what makes the GTM OS an operating system and not a wiki. The Brain is what the system believes. This is how the agents behave.
- Read the Brain first. Every task starts by loading the Brain. No exceptions.
- Load the Voice Guide before writing. Never publish in someone's name without their voice profile.
- Answer from records, never invent. No made up stats, names, or quotes. If it is not in the system, it does not go out.
- A human always sends. The agent drafts. A person approves and sends. Always.
- Specs change only through a learning. No silent edits to any page. Changes come through the RSI loop.
Every task follows the same loop. Read, load, draft, stop, learn. No step is optional.

🧭 A mode is who the agent is being for a job: a role, a goal, the records it reads, the one guardrail it holds. A skill is the exact steps for one task. Modes are the bench of specialists. Skills are the plays each one runs. Both live on their own pages below, built to copy.
A skill is a short, repeatable instruction set. Here is a real one, simplified.
WHEN: a dormant contact shows a signal (job change, award, funding, content)
DO:
1. Read the Brain (who we are, the offer, the voice owner)
2. Load the voice profile of the sender
3. Pull the contact's history from the CRM (last touch, context)
4. Draft a short note: one specific signal, one line of value, one soft ask
5. Stop. Route to the human for approval. Never auto send.
RULES: under 90 words. No links on the first touch. The signal must be real.
Four pages, all copyable. This is the part people screenshot.
