Payment Terms

English

• Payment Method: PayPal (USD Only)
• Payment is due within 3 days of winning the auction and is non-refundable.
• If payment is not received, the adoptable will be resold.

Usage Rights

• Personal Use: For posting the artwork publicly or storing it in personal galleries.
• Commercial Use: For promotional or monetized content only. Original artwork may not be used for merchandise. New artwork is required for merchandising.

※ Usage rights can be upgraded later.

• Do not claim the artwork as your own creation. Please credit HiranoYukaXx.
• I reserve the right to post completed artwork on my social media and portfolio, unless you request otherwise in advance.
• Redesigns and minor edits such as cropping, resizing, or adding your own text/watermarks are permitted.
• Tracing, overpainting, recoloring, or heavy modifications are strictly prohibited.
• Do not use the artwork for AI training, AI-generated derivatives

Ownership

• Reselling, trading, or transferring ownership is allowed, provided the resale price does not exceed the original price paid (unless additional commissioned art is included).
• If ownership is transferred, the previous owner does not need to notify me.

การใช้งาน

• สิทธิการใช้งานส่วนตัว: สามารถโพสต์ภาพต่อสาธารณะ หรือเก็บไว้ในแกลเลอรีส่วนตัวได้
• สิทธิการใช้งานเชิงพานิชย์: สามารถใช้เพื่อโปรโมตหรือสร้างรายได้ แต่ห้ามนำภาพต้นฉบับไปใช้ในการผลิตสินค้า จำเป็นต้องมีภาพวาดใหม่สำหรับการผลิตสินค้า
• ห้ามแอบอ้างว่าเป็นผู้สร้างผลงาน กรุณาให้เครดิต HiranoYukaXx
• นักวาดขอนำผลงานไปแสดงใน Portfolio หรือโพสต์ลงโซเชียลมีเดีย เว้นแต่จะมีการแจ้งไม่อนุญาต
• สามารถแก้ไขดีไซน์ และดัดแปลงเล็กน้อยได้ เช่น การครอบตัดภาพ (Crop), ปรับขนาด, การใส่ข้อความ หรือการใส่ลายน้ำ
• ห้ามดราฟต์งาน (Tracing), ทับเส้น/ทับสี (Overpainting), เปลี่ยนสีใหม่ (Recoloring) หรือแก้ไขดัดแปลงภาพในส่วนสำคัญอย่างเด็ดขาด
• ห้ามนำผลงานไปใช้สำหรับการฝึก AI หรือสร้างผลงานดัดแปลงด้วย AI ทุกกรณี

การเปลี่ยนเจ้าของ

• อนุญาตให้ขายหรือส่งต่อได้ แต่ห้ามขายเกินราคาเดิม
• หากมีการเปลี่ยนเจ้าของ เจ้าของเดิมต้องแจ้งให้นักวาดทราบ
