Common questions

• Importing recipes. Buttr works with recipe links, TikTok / Instagram Reels / YouTube videos, pasted text, and photos of recipes. If an import doesn't work, paste the recipe text or try the original source link.
• Buttr Plus. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. To view, change, or cancel, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or tap Manage subscription in the app.
• Restoring a purchase. Reinstalled or switched devices? Open the paywall and tap Restore Purchases.
• Your recipes. Sign in to sync your library across devices — signing in on a new device restores your saved recipes.
• Deleting your account. Permanently delete your account and all its data from Profile → Delete account.
