Update the email address on your Beeline account — your own, or one you manage for someone else.

Your email is how you log in to Beeline and where your notifications are sent, so it's worth keeping current. If you use the web app, you can change your own email in a few clicks. Managers and admins can also update the email for anyone in their groups.

💡 Pro tip: On the mobile app, ask your manager to update your email for you. If you have web app access, you can sign in there and update it yourself using the steps below.

✉️ Change your own email

  1. Select your avatar in the top-right corner, then choose My Profile.
  2. Click Edit Profile.
  3. Under Primary Information, clear the Email field and type your new email address.
  4. Scroll down and click Save.

You can also change your email under Settings → Account, but the Edit Profile route above is quicker — and you don't need to complete the Verify step there.

👥 Change someone else's email (managers and admins)

If a team member can't update their own email — for example, they only use the mobile app — you can do it for them.

  1. Go to Users under Manage. Admins can use Users under Admin instead.
  2. Find the person, open the ⋮ menu on their row, and select Edit Details.
  3. In their profile panel, click Edit Profile.
  4. Update the Email field, then click Save.
