Our goal is to become a leading platform for online shopping by delivering an outstanding customer experience, strong visual communication, professional creative campaigns, and an easy-to-use digital shopping experience.

We are looking for a talented Creative Specialist to take ownership of BASKITT's visual content, digital creative production, UX/UI design, social media graphics, advertising materials, and brand consistency.

This is a full-time position for an individual professional. We are not looking for a design or marketing agency.

About the Role

The Creative Specialist will be responsible for transforming marketing ideas, campaigns, promotions, and business requirements into professional and engaging visual content.

The role combines graphic design, social media creative production, digital advertising design, UX/UI design, video and motion content, and AI-assisted creative production.

You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist, management team, developers, photographers, and other team members.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will primarily define campaign objectives, audiences, channels, messaging, and performance requirements, while the Creative Specialist will translate these requirements into high-quality visual content and digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Advertising Content

Design professional and engaging creative materials for BASKITT's marketing activities.
Create social media posts, stories, advertisements, banners, promotional graphics, campaign visuals, website banners, app banners, landing page assets, and other digital materials.
Develop multiple creative concepts and variations for advertising campaigns.
Adapt designs into different formats and dimensions required by Meta, Google, TikTok, the BASKITT website, and mobile application.
Produce campaign materials quickly while maintaining professional quality and brand consistency.
